Hitaji Forms is a form builder that does something useful with the responses. Choose your field types, decide who can answer, whether that is anyone with the link, only your organisation, or any signed-in account, and share it. Submissions come back as a readable table and as charts drawn per field, so a set of answers turns into an answer. Forms can be personal or organisation-wide, and people can subscribe to be notified when a new response arrives.
