Documents and forms
Real Word, Excel and PowerPoint editing, working together safely, and collecting data with Forms.
Hitaji Office is four products: Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms. The first three open and edit your existing Word, Excel and PowerPoint files properly, in place. The fourth is the one most people have never opened, and it saves the most work.
Four lessons covering what Office is, the everyday mechanics of copies, renames and versions, how co-editing works and where its one limit applies, and how to build a form, send it out and read what comes back.
By the end you will be able to
- Open and edit existing Word, Excel and PowerPoint files without conversion
- Use copies, renames and version history instead of files called final v2
- Know when co-editing uses a slot on your plan and when it does not
- Build a form, share its public page, and read the responses
