What is the productivity score?

The productivity score is a single figure for a period, shown as a band: Excellent, On Track, Needs Work or Off Track.

It combines several measures of how the period went, and the detail beside it explains how the figure was reached rather than leaving you to guess.

Read it across several periods rather than judging a single week by it. One bad week has too many innocent explanations — leave, illness, a fortnight spent on one hard thing — for a single reading to mean much.
