What is a work expense?

A work expense is something you paid for out of your own pocket on behalf of an employer, expecting to be paid back.

It is your money until the claim is settled, so the amount counts as owed to you. Each expense is also logged as an ordinary transaction, because it did leave your account.

This is the private version, for an employer who does not use Hitaji 360 — a record you keep for yourself so nothing you are owed is forgotten. It is not a claim submitted to anyone through the app.
