Each one is either Personal, visible only to you, or Shared with your workspace, which is how a team comes to look at its work the same way.

Check the ready-made views before building one. Overdue, Due Today, Due This Week, Completed, Watching and Participating already exist, and most of what people set out to build is one of those.
