What is the difference between my work and personal chats?

Chat keeps two separate contexts: your personal conversations, and the conversations belonging to an organisation you are part of.

They do not mix. Switching context switches the whole list, which is what stops a personal message appearing in front of colleagues and keeps work conversations out of your private life.

If a conversation you are certain exists is missing, you are almost always looking at the other context.
