Working alone in Hitaji is straightforward. Working with other people needs a few conventions, and this course covers the ones that matter: who is accountable for a task, where the conversation lives, how routine work repeats, and how a period of work gets agreed in advance.

The last lesson covers Billed Time, which is a Personal Pro feature. If you do not bill anyone for your hours you can stop after the work plans lesson with everything you need.

By the end you will be able to

  • Use assignee, participants and watchers for what each is actually for
  • Keep decisions, files and dependencies on the task instead of scattered elsewhere
  • Set up recurring work and handle the occurrence-or-series question correctly
  • Create a work plan with a real objective, and know what Billed Time offers
