A notification tells you that something involving you happened somewhere in Hitaji — work assigned to you, a mention, an approval waiting, a change to something you watch.

Two counts sit at the top, and only one is a to-do list. Unread is everything still wanting something from you. Total is everything you have ever received, read or not; it is history, not a queue.

Work from Unread. Notifications can be filtered to a single organisation, which is what makes the page usable when you belong to more than one.
