How do I share a note?

Open the note and choose Share note. Add people individually and choose whether they can view or edit.

The note’s owner can also switch on anyone with the link to make it public — unlike Drive, individual notes can be shared publicly, and this is free.

Sharing a whole notebook with members and roles is a Pro feature. Inside an organisation notebook, access flows through notebook membership rather than per-note sharing.
