Stay on top of notifications
Read the queue properly, clear it in two minutes, and know where each card leads.
Notifications only work as a queue. Left to build up they become a wall of cards that everybody scrolls past, and then real requests get missed.
Three short lessons: what the page is actually showing you, a two-minute triage routine using selection mode, and what happens when you click a card — including why some open a full page and others open a panel.
The aim is an empty unread list twice a day, without reading everything.
By the end you will be able to
- Treat Unread as your queue and Total as history
- Clear a backlog quickly with Select, Mark read and Delete
- Filter by source when you belong to more than one organisation
- Tell apart notifications that need you from ones merely informing you
